VAL/12/B Griffith's Revision pages for Union Street, Ballymoney
Note that the valuers are using the colour red in Book 3E to denote changes in 1896. By 1897 they were using a bluish-green. I think Nos. 6, 7 & 8 were new houses first occupied in 1896 and Nos. 9, 10, 11 & 12 were new houses first occupied in 1897. This street, as such, did not exist at the time of the Griffith [Tenement] Valuation c.1860. The single numbering of streets by these early valuers was changed c.1897 to odd and even street numbers. William John Frizzell is first listed in No. 33 [formerly numbered 12] in 1897, but, see page 28.
