Church Street Coleraine, South Side: 1987

[Nos. 1 & 2 on Griffith's Map]

This photograph taken in 1989 shows the Victorian architecture of the upper floors in what had been J. S. Anderson & Sons (Drapers) in the early 1900s. This building was devastated by the van bomb explosion on the night of 13th November 1992 - see the photo at the bottom of this page, taken by Robert Anderson. Fortunately, this style has been reproduced in the replacement building.
