This photograph taken in 1989 shows the
Victorian architecture of the upper floors in what had been
J. S. Anderson & Sons (Drapers) in the early 1900s. This
building was devastated by the van bomb explosion on the
night of 13th November 1992 - see the photo at the bottom of
this page, taken by
Robert Anderson. Fortunately, this style has been reproduced
in the replacement building.
