Note that William John Frizzell is still listed in No. 33 for the duration of this particular Revision Book. Because this is a new book the valuers are using the colurs red for 1911, green for 1909 , blue for 1910 and purple for 1913. Note that his next door neighbour in No. 35 has changed from Samuel Herd [1901] to Annie Robinson [1904] in the previous book 3E, to James McCann [1909] to Francis Morrison [1911] in this book. Francis Morrison is listed next door to William John Frizzell in the 1911 Census and Samuel Herd is listed next door to him in the 1901 Census.
